Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Who we are
Bomera Sales (“the service”) is a web app for sales people. It organizes the LinkedIn connections that you export from LinkedIn yourself, and it includes a Sales CRM for your companies, contacts, activity, follow-ups, quotations and reports. The service is provided by its owner (“we”, “us”, “our”). When you create an account or buy a subscription, you make an agreement with us under these terms.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and announce significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change materially reduces your rights while you have a paid subscription, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.
3. Your account
- The service is for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a subscription.
- You need an email address and a password. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Don't share your account. If you use the service for your employer, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and your employer is responsible for how its staff use the service.
4. Your data and the people in it
- You keep all rights to the contacts, companies, notes and files you upload or type in (“your data”). You give us permission to store and process your data only to run the service for you.
- Your contacts are real people who haven't signed up to the service. For their details you decide what is collected and why, so you are responsible for having a lawful reason to keep and use them, for telling them about it where the law requires, and for correcting or deleting their details when they ask you to.
- You must follow the data protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you. Depending on where you and your contacts are, these can include Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR, and similar laws elsewhere.
- Don't put sensitive personal data in the service, such as health information, religious or political beliefs, criminal records, national ID or passport numbers, or bank card details.
- You can delete your contacts and your Sales CRM at any time with Delete all my LinkedIn leads and Delete my whole Sales CRM in the app, export them as files, and delete your whole account in the app under Account settings (see Privacy).
5. How we handle your data for you
For the contacts in your data, we act on your behalf as your service provider (a “processor”). We:
- use your data only to provide the service to you, and never sell it, share it with other users, use it for advertising or use it to contact the people in it;
- keep it confidential and protect it with reasonable security measures, as described in our Privacy Policy;
- use only the service providers named in the Privacy Policy (for hosting, email and payments), under agreements that protect your data, and update that list if it changes;
- tell you without undue delay if we learn of a security breach that affects your data;
- help you, where we reasonably can, to answer requests from the people in your data;
- delete your data within 30 days after you delete it in the app or close your account, except copies the law requires us to keep.
Our hosting provider stores data in the United States and may process it in other countries. By using the service, you agree that your data may be stored and processed outside your own country, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to send your contacts' details to us for that.
6. LinkedIn
- Bomera Sales is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
- The service never signs in to LinkedIn, reads LinkedIn pages or acts on LinkedIn for you. You bring in your connections by downloading your own data from LinkedIn and uploading the file.
- Get phone only opens a LinkedIn profile in your browser. If you choose to copy what you can see there and paste it into the service, you do that yourself, one profile at a time.
- You must follow LinkedIn's User Agreement. Don't use the service together with bots, scrapers, browser extensions or other tools that copy data from LinkedIn or automate actions there.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to the people in your data;
- sell, rent or share contact lists taken from the service, or upload data you have no right to use;
- upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or that contains malware;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, probe or test the service's security, or interfere with how it runs, including with excessive automated requests;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Plans, payments and renewals
- The Free plan lets you save up to 100 contacts. Pro lets you save up to 30,000 and costs $9 per month or $79 per year, with lower prices in some countries. The price for your country is shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and the price at checkout is the one you pay.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added at checkout where they apply.
- You can cancel any time with Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will try again for a while. If it still can't be collected, the subscription ends and your account moves to Free.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
9. When your account moves to Free
If your subscription ends, nothing you saved is deleted. You can keep viewing, editing and exporting it, but you can't add contacts beyond the Free limit until you subscribe again.
10. Our service
- We own the service, its software, design and name. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is open.
- We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Export your data regularly if you rely on it.
- Some things the service fills in are suggestions: company countries, the columns it matches when you import a sheet, and what it reads from notes typed into Quick log. Check them before relying on them.
- We may change or improve features. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll tell you first, and you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.
11. Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app, or ask us to. We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms in a serious or repeated way, if payment isn't made, or if it puts the service, other users or anyone else at risk of fraud, a security problem or a legal claim. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in section 5.
12. Responsibility for your data
If someone makes a claim against us because of data you uploaded or how you used the service in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
13. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo can settle any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.
15. Language and the rest of these terms
- We may offer these terms in Arabic and other languages. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the service, and we'll tell you if that happens.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms: our support email (coming soon). For questions about a payment or invoice you can also contact Paddle through paddle.net.
