Prices are in US dollars. Pro costs less in countries where incomes are lower; the page shows the price for the country you are in. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment (see the refund policy).
Questions
Do you need my LinkedIn password?
No. You download your own data from LinkedIn (Settings & Privacy, Data privacy, Download your data) and import the file. Bomera Sales has no access to your LinkedIn account.
Can using Bomera Sales get my LinkedIn account restricted?
Bomera Sales never signs in to LinkedIn, scrapes it, or sends anything there, so it doesn't do the things LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids. LinkedIn makes its own decisions about accounts, and you still need to follow its rules in how you use LinkedIn itself.
Who can see my contacts?
Only you. Each account's contacts are stored privately and are never shared or sold. See the privacy policy.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account moves to Free: everything you saved stays, and you can keep editing and exporting it, but you can't add contacts beyond the Free limit.
How do I cancel?
Sign in and click Manage subscription at the top of the app. You can cancel, change your card or download invoices there.
